Traditionally 6mm to 8mm would be considered womens size, while 10mm to 12mm was previously regarded as mens chain width. But get whichever width you want!

So this is where you will can measure your wrist size. Simply take a string & wrap it around your wrist where you want it to fall on your hand. Necklace length is completely a personal preference.
